Appario is an operating brand of Plainsight Systems LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Arizona, United States. References below to “Appario”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to operations under this brand by Plainsight Systems LLC.
Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, running a scan, or otherwise using the Appario website (getappario.com) or application (app.getappario.com), collectively referred to as the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms are effective as of the “Last updated” date above. We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
What Appario Does
Appario provides an informational service for website operators to assess their site’s readiness for AI-driven commerce. The Service works by scanning the public-facing content of the URL you provide and generating a scored report based on our proprietary analysis.
The Service is an automated, informational tool. The scores, analysis, and recommendations provided in our reports are generated by software and do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. Your use of and reliance on any information from the Service is solely at your own risk.
Accounts and Access
Using the Service requires an account. You must provide a valid email address and any other required information so we can prevent abuse, apply usage limits, save scans, and make purchased reports available for later download.
Free accounts may be limited to one unpaid scan per month. We may adjust usage limits to protect the Service or prevent abuse.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Appario reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if your activity poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Payments and Billing
We process all payments through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge it.
The Full Report is a one-time charge of $49 USD. Appario does not currently offer subscription plans, monthly monitoring, or API access as part of the public Service.
All prices are in US Dollars. Applicable taxes may be added to your payment based on your billing jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Service by any third party. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service to scan any URL or website that you do not own or have explicit, verifiable permission to scan.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service’s infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially distribute scan reports or data from the Service without a written agreement with us.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that exceeds the limits of your plan or otherwise places an unreasonable load on our systems.
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, code, scoring methodologies, report format, design, and all other content, is the exclusive property of Plainsight Systems LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you no right or license to use our intellectual property except for the limited use of the reports as described below.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the scan reports delivered to you for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, publicly display, or redistribute your reports without providing clear attribution to Appario.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Plainsight Systems LLC makes no guarantee and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties that: (a) the scan results will be accurate, complete, or error-free; (b) your use of the Service will result in improved search ranking, AI shopping visibility, or any specific business outcome; or (c) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
The criteria for visibility on AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, etc.) are constantly changing. While we strive to keep our analysis up-to-date, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy against the requirements of all third-party platforms at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Plainsight Systems LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any reliance on the information provided by the Service.
In no event shall Plainsight Systems LLC’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid Appario, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
The Service uses Stripe for payment processing. Your use of Stripe’s services is subject to Stripe’s own terms and policies. Appario is not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.
Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. This does not apply where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires application of another law or grants you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
